This review is long overdue. We enlisted Ray to sell our house in Alexandria about two years ago. He was a joy to work with, was easily reached, and was very straightforward about what we should and should not expect. If memory serves, he had our house sold before the first open house. He went above and beyond in working with our property manager and the current tenants (we had been renting out the house). We feel like we got top dollar, and the process could not have been smoother. Oh! I should also mention that all of this was done while we were several states away (we're military).
